1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of the Piumly platform, which facilitates session bookings between clients and hosts. Add the exact wording.
2. Operator
Add the business name, registered office, company ID/VAT ID and contact details of the platform operator.
3. Bookings and payments
Describe how a session is booked, how and to whom the client pays (directly to the host / via the platform) and when a booking is binding.
4. Cancellation and refund terms
Add rules for cancellation by both the client and the host, cancellation deadlines and any refunds.
5. Liability
State that Piumly is an intermediary and the host is responsible for the conduct and content of the session. Add the scope of the platform's liability.
6. Final provisions
Add the effective date of the terms, the option to change them and the governing law.
