For anyone who wants to make time for themselves — whether you are just starting out or have practised for years. And equally for hosts who want to offer their sessions to more people.

Piumly is completely free for clients — you only pay the session price set by the host. Hosts have all features free until 30 September 2026; from 1 October 2026 they choose the Free plan (free) or Pro for €8 a month. Piumly takes no commission on bookings or payments. See the Pricing page for details.

The site works in Slovak, English, Czech, German and Italian — switch languages in the top menu. The language a session is held in is listed by the host on the session page in the practical info.

Fill in a short form on the session page. A confirmation arrives by email — for online sessions you also get a reminder with the join link a day before.

No. You can book without an account — just your name, email and phone; a private link for managing the booking arrives by email. With an account (email or Google) you get all your bookings in one place.

Yes — you can add up to two more people to your booking. For each of them, just fill in a name, email and phone number.

It depends on the cancellation policy of the specific session — the host sets it and you can see it on the session page before booking. There are three options: no cancellation (booking is binding), cancel up to 48 hours before the session, or cancel up to 7 days before. After the window has passed, you can try to arrange an exception directly with the host.

If the session allows cancellations and you cancel within the window, your online card payment is refunded in full automatically. If the session is set to “no cancellation”, or the window has passed, no automatic refund is issued. The host may still refund you manually as an exception — contact them directly.

If the session has a waitlist enabled, you can join it. When a spot frees up, you get an email offer and complete the booking via the link inside.

Yes. Each session shows whether it takes place in person, online, or both at once. If you join online, you get an email with the join link a day before — with an account you'll also find it next to your booking in the member area.

Yes. Some hosts offer them on their public profile in the private sessions section. Send an enquiry through a short form with the time that suits you, and the host gets back to you by email — you arrange the date, place and payment directly.

The price and payment options are set by the host for each session — cash on site, bank transfer or card online. Some sessions are free or donation-based. Your booking is confirmed right away, even if you pay later.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure page and the money goes directly to the host. Piumly never sees or stores your card details.

Create a host account, fill in your profile and add your first session. The platform takes care of bookings, confirmations, reminders and the waitlist — guides are in the Help section after you sign in.

Published sessions appear in the session listings and on category pages. You also get your own public profile at piumly.com/with/your-name — with a bio, photos, certifications, social links and private 1:1 offerings.

Until 30 September 2026 Piumly is completely free for hosts — including all Pro features. From 1 October 2026 there are two plans: Free (free forever, 1 active session at a time, public profile and bookings with email confirmations) and Pro for €8 a month (unlimited sessions, recurring sessions, waitlist, card payments, CSV export and more). The first 20 registered hosts get Pro free until the end of 2026. And Piumly takes no commission on payments — the money from your clients goes directly to you.
