What is Ice Bath?
Cold as a teacher of calm.
Cold is a teacher — direct, but fair. An ice bath combined with Wim Hof breathing techniques teaches you that between stimulus and reaction there is a space where you can choose calm.
Guided by the host, you'll move through breath preparation, a short immersion and a thorough warm-up. It's not about being a hero — it's about a nervous system learning to stay calm in discomfort.
How it works
- Breath preparation on the ground — the body oxygenates and settles.
- An immersion in ice-cold water for 1–3 minutes, always with support.
- The host guides you with their voice — your breath stays slow and your own.
- Warming up through movement and hot tea, then sharing in a circle.
Immersion isn't recommended if you have a cardiovascular condition or are pregnant — check the requirements in the session details.
