KAP session Tromsø

KAP is not a technique where you need to do something. It’s not yoga, it’s not therapy...

During the session, your only role is to relax and surrender.

There is nothing to perform, nothing to achieve. You don’t even need to have any movements.

The most important thing is allowing yourself to relax so deeply that your body and nervous system can finally release what has been held for years, and no longer serves you.

Your energy already knows what is ready to be released.

• We start at 13:00, so feel free to come 10 minutes earlier.
• Take some comfortable clothes (leggings, sweatpants, a comfortable T-shirt, and a sweatshirt if you tend to be cold). If you want, you can also bring an eye mask.
• Don’t drink alcohol at least 24 hours before, and avoid caffeine at least 3 hours before or more.
• If possible, don’t eat before the session (about 2-3 hours), or have just something light to support a better experience.
• Bring some water with you.
• And don’t forget to bring yourself in a good mood and relaxed 😊

During Saturdays the elevator goes only to the 3rd floor, therefore use the stairs please. Studio is on the 5th floor.
